SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Methods
We offer standard shipping to all addresses in the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands and with other logistics providers inside and outside Spain. We work with reliable shipping providers to ensure your order is delivered as quickly and safely as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
2. Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping for all orders over €35 within the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. For orders under €35, a shipping fee of €5.00 will be applied.
3. Order Processing
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 2pm will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed and shipped the following working day.
4. Order Tracking

RETURNS POLICY
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for all unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in its original condition.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@dhyvana.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the product meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method as soon as possible. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the original product and place a new order for the desired product.
